Norton VPN Transparency Report

Last updated: August 27, 2025

Our quarterly transparency report provides information on the data requests we received for our VPN users.

Even though we receive such requests, our strict no-log policy means we simply don’t have information to share. We do not keep logs of your online activity, including your browsing history, DNS queries, or your originating IP address, when you connect to our VPN service.

This customer data cannot be provided simply because it does not exist. We are publishing this information to be even more transparent in how we protect our users.
